Orders and Payment

All orders are final once payment is processed. We begin fulfillment immediately after confirmation. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.

Pricing

Prices are listed in USD. Regular (16oz): $14.99. Large (24oz): $19.99. Prices include standard US shipping. Prices may change at any time; changes apply to future orders only.

Shipping

We ship within the continental United States. Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days after order processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Refunds and Returns

Because each blend is custom-made per order, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at mixbowl@polsia.app within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Food Safety

MixBowl blends are produced in a facility that handles common allergens including wheat, nuts, and dairy. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

Custom Content

By submitting a blend name, you confirm it does not contain offensive, trademarked, or illegal content. We reserve the right to refuse or modify blend names at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

MixBowl's liability is limited to the amount paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
